Open Access Policy

GEMA: Journal of Gentiaras Management and Accounting publishes all articles through the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) Open Journal System (OJS) publishing program. Gema provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports greater global knowledge exchange. The only limitation on reproduction and distribution, and the only role of article copyright and publication rights in this domain is to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledge and cited.

You will not be asked to pay an article publishing charge (APC) to make your article open access. There is no cost to you or your institution for APC.

As GEMA is an open access journal all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution and published articles are copyrighted under the Creative Commons non-commercial-share-alike  4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).  This license allows any person to freely copy, distribute, display, adapt and develop copyrighted material or works, and derivative works thereof, under certain specified conditions only for the noncommercial purpose of the permitted work. If you modify, adapt or develop the material, you must license the modified material under the same terms. In addition, authors are encouraged to self-archive their articles in open electronic archives that conform to the standards of the Open Archives Initiative (https://www.openarchives.org/).
