The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance PT. Tunas Dwipa Matra Honda Raden Intan Bandar Lampung
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the effect of work motivation and work dicipline on the employee peformance at PT. Honda Dwipa Matra Tunas Raden Intan Bandar Lampung. Data was collected by providing questionnaires to 50 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive approach. Statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests is used to analyze the data. According to the findings of this research, work motivation and work discipline variables affect the employee performance partially and simultaneously. This is confirmed by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the partial test (t test), which reveal significant values for the two independent variables as well as back up the hypothesis. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the employee performance at PT. Honda Dwipa Matra Tunas Raden Intan Bandar Lampung.
