Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the effect of work motivation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Honda Dwipa Matra Tunas Raden Intan Bandar Lampung. Data was collected by providing questionnaires to 50 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive approach. Statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests is employed to analyze the data. According to the findings of this research, motivation and discipline variables influence employee performance partially and simultaneously. This is confirmed by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the partial test (t test), which reveal significant values for the two independent variables as well as back up the hypothesis. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the variables of work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous influence on the performance of employees of PT. Honda Dwipa Matra Tunas Raden Intan Bandar Lampung.
