Copyright and Licensing
Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if the manuscript is accepted for publication in the GEMA: Journal of Gentiaras Management and Accounting, the authors own the copyright of the article and are responsible for the content of the article. However, the publishing right is granted to the journal's publisher.
Published articles are copyrighted using the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows any person to freely copy, distribute, display, adapt, and develop copyrighted material or works, and derivative works, under certain specified conditions only for the non-commercial purpose of the authorized work. If you modify, adapt, or develop the material, you must license the modified material on the same terms.
