Copyright and Licensing

Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if the manuscript is accepted for publication in the GEMA: Journal of Gentiaras Management and Accounting, the authors own the copyright of the article and are responsible for the content of the article. However, the publishing right is granted to the journal's publisher.

Published articles are copyrighted using the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0). This license allows any person to freely copy, distribute, display, adapt, and develop copyrighted material or works, and derivative works, under certain specified conditions only for the non-commercial purpose of the authorized work. If you modify, adapt, or develop the material, you must license the modified material on the same terms.

Authors are not permitted to use or include images or copyrighted artwork or materials in their articles unless there is explicit permission or specific conditions from the copyright holder to produce such materials under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).  And the Publisher makes every effort to ensure that no false or misleading material, data, opinions, or statements appear in this journal. As such, the publisher shall not be liable for any loss, action, claim, proceeding, demand, expense, or damage of any kind or nature whatsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the use of the research material.
