Companies are looking for employees who can manage change, who are dynamic, who are trustworthy and adaptable to cope with change. The purpose of this study is to determine how the company implements the culture in the PT KAI (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Pulubrayan based on Core Values of AKHLAK towards the Employee Productivity. The data collection methodology was used by researchers in this study is a direct way (on-site / field). The object of this research was the Implementation of Corporate Culture of PT KAI (Persero) UPT Balai Yasa Pulubrayan based on Core Values of AKHLAK towards the Employee Productivity. To support the result of this study, researcher used observation, documentation, and interview to gather the information. The result of this research is that UPT Balai Yasa Pulubrayan always provides leadership and motivation to implement an entrepreneurial culture in all activities. Although the culture of AKHLAK (Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive and Collaborative) is still new and contains spiritual elements, it is actually very similar to the old one.
